The building is double brick and all 42 rooms have been meticulously maintained to a 4 star standard and have reverse cycle air conditioning, Austar, cable and Wifi internet and mini fridges. There is a restaurant onsite that offers breakfast only.

The motel is located in the centre of the City of Echuca, fronting the Murray River and close to the Historic Port area, between Hare and High Streets. Echuca is approximately 3 hours north of Melbourne. There are daily coach and trains available from most major cities.
